Am Boden in der Küche waren klebrige, undefinierbare, braune Flecken vom Vorgänger! Auch eine Ameiseninvasion hatten wir auf den Küchenmöbeln, unbestimmter Herkunft, müssen irgendwo hinter den Küchenmöbeln oder Fliesen ein Nest haben! Auf unserem Platz stand ein Baum, dessen Äste über das Verandadach reichen. Gab am Tag einen wunderbaren Schatten, nachts entstand jedoch beim kleinsten Windhauch ein unangenehmes quietschendes Geräusch! Gehört etwas zurückgeschnitten, sodass es nicht zu einer Reibung der Äste am Verandadach kommt!
