Opening dates of Croatian campsites in 2025

35+ campsites in Istria

Istrian campsites in 2025 are mostly planning to open in the middle, towards the end of April. The closing of most of the campsites in Istria is planned for the beginning of October. Certain campsites, such as the campsite Porto Sole, campsite Park Polidor and campsite Arena Grand Kažela , are year-round camps and are open throughout the year.

15+ campsites in the Kvarner region

Most of the campsites in Kvarner are located on the islands of Krk, Rab and Lošinj. They also open in mid-April, and close mostly in the first week of October. Ježevac Premium Camping Resort and Campsite Omišalj, located on the island of Krk, are open all year round.

20+ campsites in Dalmatia

Most campsites in the Zadar, Šibenik, Split and Dubrovnik regions also open in April, while their closing date is scheduled for mid-October.

Campsites in continental Croatia

Campsites in continental Croatia are open for a longer period of the year. Plitvice has become one of the favorite weekend destinations, as have the campsites around the Plitvice Lakes National Park.
