Der Campingplatz ist einfach riesengroß! Es gibt auf die Fläche zu wenig Sanitäranlagen. Ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei ist aufgrund der vielen Urlaubern dort einfach zu wenig! Eis und kleine Snacks für die Kinder vom Angebot zu wenig und völlig überteuert

On our side of the campground there was no path to the sea. We didn’t really mind going over the rocks to the water ladder, but we expected the site to also have some sort of beach or at least a paved path where one could sit and stay for a while

Das Restaurant bei der Kinderanimation ist sehr teuer (Preis Leistung passt hier nicht). Zudem habe ich noch nie so furchtbare Toiletten wie in diesem Restaurant erlebt (Gestank und sehr sehr sehr viele Hunderte Fliegen). Der Strand direkt am Campingplatz war immer sehr voll. Wir sind außerhalb in einer Bucht schwimmen gegangen. Das Mobilehome war sehr schön. Der Wasserpark ist schön, jedoch bräuchte dieser an der ein oder anderen Stelle in Stand halten (z.B. Wellenrutsche Unebenheiten bei den Zusammenführungen, Baybypool fehlende Fliesen bei der Rutsche, Süßwasserduschen Probleme bei der Wasserausgabe). Da es ein Salzwasseraquapark ist, brennen die Augen und ohne Schwimmbrille ist dieser nicht nutzbar. Mehr Tischtennisplatten z.B. bei den Mobilehomes wären schön.

How is the average score determined?
The average review scores of mobile homes and glamping tents are shown on our mobile home portal on a scale from 1 to 5. The average score is determined by adding up all the scores we receive and then dividing them by the total number of reviews received.
Which categories are rated
In the review form you can rate the mobile home where you stayed in a total of 5 categories: staff, location, value for money, WiFi and facilities.
Shortly after checking out from the accommodation (3 days) you will receive an e-mail with the link to the review form. You can only leave a review if you have actually stayed in the accommodation – this is how we ensure the authenticity and trustworthiness of our reviews.
Satisfaction with our services
In addition to the accommodation, we will also ask you to rate your satisfaction with our reservations centre and how likely you are to recommend our mediation services to other guests.
When will the reviews be published on the website
After you submit your review and we receive it, our quality team will check if the review is in line with our guidelines. If everything is in line with our guidelines, the review will be published on our website.
When reviews are not published
We strive to publish every review we receive, regardless of whether it is positive or negative. However, there are some cases in which we cannot publish the review. If the review contains offensive or unacceptable language (swear words, incitement to violence, political comments, advertising, personal details or first and last names of accommodation staff, references to illegal activities, etc.), it will not be published on our site i.e. the score may be published, but not the comment containing the above examples of undesirable content.
